Grace Fellowship staff conduct the initial assessment for men and women who are seeking rehabilitation and offer support whilst on the waiting list in various areas including:

• Organising medical assessments
• Liaising with lawyers/doctors
• Prison/hospital visits
• Mentoring
• Family support
• Collaboration with detox agencies
• Day programs

After Care

In recognition of the fact that, transition from our rehabilitation centre back into society can be a trying time, Grace Fellowship offer support through encouragement and mentoring.
